Strawberry spinach/Chenopodium capitatum is an annual vegetable producing red strawberry like fruits. The plant is native to North America where the fruits were also used as natural dye in the past. The leaves can be added to salads or stir fries and the fruits are edible too. Great fun and good addition to salads.
