Buying online :Go on our ONLINE PLANT STORE  page , select items and add to the basket when ready go to check out and pay.
Customers can request to cancel orders within 2 hours after placing them after that the orders may already been processed and cannot be cancelled
Spicesotic plants has all the rights to cancel any orders at any point.
Order confirmation is sent out when payment received and a notification of posting too .
Payment currently is accepted through Paypal which allows to use any other card too
We also accept orders on the phone paid by card or by post (must be cheque , not cash)
Delivery : Orders are sent out within 4-5 working days with 48 hours parcel service (Please note there is no dispatch between Friday -Sunday to avoid any weekend delays)
All of our plants are carefully packaged with plenty of packing material , and with the best of care. 
Orders get photographed before leaving the premises.
Although we try our best to protect the plants,  sometimes things could go wrong (bad handling, weather etc)
Please note we will only accept any claims that made within 48 hours after arrival due to the nature of the goods.
Returns  are paid by customer , items must be in the same condition as arrival (if re-potted, chopped back or have missing parts , there will be a deduction). Items should be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Guarantee : Our plants are high quality and  well looked after. Once the plants arrived in the condition they were sold , we do not take responsibility for any care issue occur after 2 days. For  unsuitable care, neglect, any changes to the plant's condition/ media  we cannot take responsibility for.
Please note that all pictures of the plants used for online listing are just a guidance of the size and condition, we cannot guarantee that all plants would look exactly as on the pictures ,they are for reference of growing habit and flower colour. All flower pictures are genuine and have all copy rights to Spicesotic plants
